Make your own deep buttoned stool/bench/coffee table - Fridays pm

Make a stunning large footstool that will easily double up as a coffee table with the addition of a tray.  Deep buttoning adds a touch of traditional style  although you can also opt not to button and finish to your choice using decorative nails or piping.

Your new bench will measure 75cm x 53cm and you will decide the height when you choose your legs.

Over the course of six 3 hour sessions 1pm to 4pm on a Friday afternoon we will guide you through every step of creating your very own piece of quality furniture.  You will learn some invaluable upholstery skills in our traditional workshop where we'll use the best quality materials to make sure your project is professionally finished.  

We have a wide selection of fabrics and legs on site for you to choose from so we're bound to have something to suit.  You are also welcome to bring your own fabric and fittings.

All upholstery materials (foam, calico etc) and the frame are included in the cost.  Fabric and legs are charged separately. Fabric starts from £10 per metre for our Linwood roll end velvets and weaves and legs start from £7.50 each.
