Roman Blinds

You will learn the techniques required to create different styles of roman blinds. Philip will guide you in making a roman blind using traditional methods...no kits here!  

Before the course we will send you guidance on how to correctly measure up for your blind and tell you how much fabric you'll need.

At the end of the course you will be instructed on how to fit your roman blind.

Your own sewing machine, thread, packed lunch, fabic, trimmings and accessories which can also be ordered directly from our shop.

Use of all equipment, refreshments and tuition in small classes (max 6 students) is included along with tools.

Any sundry materials will be recorded and charged for at the end of each course.

We have a selection of pattern and trimming books here if you are looking for fabrics and have accounts with most major fabric designers. We also have a great selection of roll ends of Linwood velvets and weaves. These are premium quality upholstery fabrics available for only £10 per metre.

You probably won't need fabric until your second class but if you would like to have a look prior to your course please contact me to make an appointment.
